Who can use Sexty
Sexty is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 or older. Minors are not permitted to access or use the service.
You must not misrepresent your age or impersonate a minor. We may restrict or terminate an account or session where we reasonably believe that a person does not meet the age requirement.
RESPECT AND CONSENT
Every conversation must remain voluntary
Consent matters in every conversation. Flirting, matching or replying does not imply consent to sexual content or any other form of interaction. A person may change their mind at any time.
Respect a clear no, a request to change the subject or a decision to leave. Do not pressure anyone to continue, share personal details or take part in intimate discussion. Any participant may end a conversation at any time.
NO ABUSE
Harassment, threats and abusive behaviour
Harassment, bullying, intimidation, credible threats, stalking, repeated unwanted contact, degrading abuse, blackmail and coercion are prohibited. Do not persist after another person has asked you to stop.
An ordinary disagreement or occasional profanity is not automatically a violation. Targeted, repeated, threatening or coercive behaviour is.
ZERO TOLERANCE
Sexual exploitation and minors
Sexty has zero tolerance for sexual exploitation or abuse involving minors. Any sexual content, solicitation, grooming, roleplay or other behaviour involving, depicting or presenting a person under 18 is prohibited.
Do not seek sexual contact with minors or request, create, share or offer child sexual abuse material or any sexual material concerning a person under 18. Where required by applicable law, Sexty may preserve and report relevant information to appropriate authorities or organizations.
LEGAL USE ONLY
Illegal and harmful activity
Do not use Sexty to commit, promote or facilitate unlawful activity, credible threats of violence, serious violence, human trafficking, sexual exploitation, the sale of illegal goods or services, criminal instructions or offers, or the distribution of illegal material. These rules apply according to the laws relevant to the service and the people involved.
HUMAN DIGNITY
Hate and discrimination
Do not incite hatred or violence against people based on protected characteristics, dehumanize protected groups or engage in severe harassment based on those characteristics. Debate and disagreement do not justify targeted hate or threats.
NO FINANCIAL ABUSE
Scams and financial abuse
Do not use Sexty to deceive another person for money, financial information, passwords, verification codes or other valuable information. Romance scams, fake investment opportunities, phishing, fraudulent payment requests and suspicious links are prohibited.
Do not impersonate a bank, authority, business or Sexty representative, or manipulate another person into sending money or disclosing financial information.
PRIVACY IS ALLOWED
Impersonation and deception
Using a first name, nickname or limited anonymity is allowed. Pretending to be a real person or organization, or creating a false identity to defraud, exploit or materially mislead someone, is not.
Do not falsely claim to represent Sexty, a bank, law enforcement, a public authority or another institution.
PERSON TO PERSON
Spam and commercial solicitation
Sexty is for person-to-person conversation, not unsolicited advertising or lead generation. Do not mass-send repeated messages or links, automate spam, promote MLM schemes, advertise external or paid services without permission, or treat participants as sales leads.
PROTECT PRIVATE DATA
Privacy and personal information
Do not publish or share another person's private information without permission and do not engage in doxxing. Never ask for passwords, two-factor authentication codes or account recovery details.
Be cautious with your address, workplace, financial details, identity documents and other information that can identify or endanger you. For more information, read the Privacy Policy.
ADULTS AND CONSENT
Intimate content and consent
Intimate or sexual conversation between consenting adults must remain consensual. Do not send unwanted sexual content, pressure another participant to engage in sexual conversation or share another person's private or intimate material without permission.
Consent can be withdrawn at any time. Previous flirting, matching, replying or sharing intimate content does not create an obligation to continue.

YOUR CONTROLS
Blocking and reporting
You may end any conversation, block a participant, and report a participant or a specific message using the available controls. Use these tools when a conversation is unwanted or conduct may breach this policy.
Safety reports are assessed by Sexty under its moderation process. Do not put yourself at further risk to collect evidence. For immediate real-world danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service.
PROPORTIONATE ACTION
Enforcement
Violations may result in content restrictions, termination of a conversation, temporary restrictions, suspension or permanent loss of access to Sexty, depending on the nature and severity of the conduct.
We may take additional action where necessary to protect users, the platform or comply with applicable law. Serious or potentially illegal conduct may be escalated to appropriate authorities where required or permitted by law.
NO EVASION
Circumventing enforcement
Do not create new accounts or sessions to evade a restriction or ban, manipulate the application to bypass limits, interfere with security or moderation systems, or use automation to abuse the service. Attempts to evade enforcement may lead to additional restrictions.
