COMMUNITY GUIDELINES / CLEAR BOUNDARIES

Respect is the price of every conversation.

Sexty is for adults meeting through private conversation. These guidelines explain the behavior expected from everyone and the conduct that can lead to action.

01

THE BASELINE

Treat the person, their boundaries and their identity with respect

A match is an invitation to talk, not consent to sexual content, personal questions, photos or contact outside Sexty. Pay attention to the answer, stop when someone says no and never pressure a person to prove interest.

Harassment, hate, credible threats, stalking, humiliation, non-consensual sexual content and encouragement of self-harm are not acceptable. Do not target people because of protected characteristics or repeatedly contact someone who has ended the interaction.

02

BE HONEST

No impersonation, scams or deceptive requests

Do not pretend to be another person, misrepresent your identity to exploit someone or use stolen images or stories. Never request money, gift cards, passwords, financial details or investments from a match.

Phishing links, malware, spam, coordinated manipulation and attempts to recruit people into illegal or exploitative activity are prohibited. Sexty staff will not ask for your password in a conversation.

03

ADULTS AND CONSENT

Sexual conversation requires adult participants and ongoing consent

Sexual content must never involve minors, suspected minors, coercion, exploitation or non-consensual intimate material. If you believe a young person is at risk, leave and report immediately; contact local emergency services when there is an immediate danger.

Consent can be withdrawn at any time. A previous flirt, photo or sexual message does not create an obligation to continue.

04

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

Use reports for conduct that may harm you or others

You can block a person and report a participant or message from the conversation. Include the most relevant context available so the concern can be assessed.

Depending on severity, context and available evidence, action may include warnings, feature restrictions or account access restrictions. We may also preserve or disclose information when required by law or necessary to address an imminent safety risk, as described in our policies.

FAQ

Questions people ask before they start

Can I send sexual messages after matching?

Only between adults and only with ongoing mutual consent. Stop immediately when the other person is uncomfortable or withdraws consent.

What should I report?

Report harassment, threats, hate, scams, impersonation, suspected minors, exploitation, unwanted sexual content or other conduct that may put someone at risk.

What if I only want to leave?

You can leave any conversation without giving a reason. Blocking prevents further interaction with that participant through the available product controls.
