Terms of Service

Sexty is operated by HISECORE sp. z o.o., Nowy Świat 33/13, 00-029 Warsaw, Poland, entered in the National Court Register under KRS 0001099591, NIP 5223294892, REGON 528343145.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. By starting a chat, creating an account or purchasing access, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Do not use Sexty where doing so is prohibited by law. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account and login links secure.

Sexty provides random one-to-one text conversations, matching preferences, account continuity, safety tools and paid access. Matching depends on availability and preferences, so we do not guarantee a particular person, response or outcome.

Some configured service features may use automated systems, including conversation assistance and translation. Automated output can be inaccurate. Do not rely on it for medical, legal, financial or safety-critical decisions.

An anonymous participant can send up to two messages in a conversation. After creating an account, the same participant receives one additional free message. Receiving messages is free.

Anonymous access includes the first search and up to two new searches. Creating an account adds one further free search. Search attempts are counted on the server when a new search begins. Refreshing an active queue does not consume another attempt.

We may adjust free limits for abuse prevention or product testing, provided this does not remove already purchased access.

An anonymous session can be upgraded without changing its user identifier, so the current conversation is retained. The email is saved immediately and may not be verified before access continues. You must provide an address that belongs to you and is entered correctly. An incorrect or inaccessible address can prevent later sign-in and account recovery.

You may not create accounts in bulk, impersonate another person, sell access or bypass technical restrictions.

Paid access costs $2.99 per week and renews automatically every seven days until cancelled. The Checkout page shows the final amount, currency and any applicable tax before you confirm payment. Stripe processes the payment and card details do not reach Sexty.

A successful return URL does not activate access. Access starts only after Sexty receives a correctly signed payment confirmation from Stripe. An active or trialing subscription enables unlimited messages and searches, subject to anti-spam and safety limits.

You may cancel future renewals at any time through the Customer Portal in your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Failed, unpaid, incomplete or expired payments do not provide paid sending or search access.

If you are an EEA consumer, you generally have 14 days from the subscription contract to withdraw. By purchasing, you expressly request immediate access before that period expires and acknowledge that, if you withdraw after access has begun, we may charge a proportionate amount for the service supplied up to withdrawal, where permitted by law.

To withdraw, email a clear statement to contact@sexty.chat with the account email and purchase date. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

You must not:

• share illegal content or content involving minors;
• threaten, harass, exploit, stalk or discriminate against another person;
• send spam, scams, malware or requests for passwords, money or financial data;
• publish another person's private data or conversation without a lawful basis;
• scrape, automate, overload, reverse engineer or bypass access and security controls.

Never send sensitive information to a stranger. Sexty is not an emergency service. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host, transmit, secure, translate where enabled, investigate and moderate that content solely to operate and protect the service and comply with law.

You can leave, block or report a participant or message. We may preserve relevant evidence, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, and report apparently illegal activity to competent authorities. We may act immediately where necessary to protect users or the service. You may request review by contacting us.

We use reasonable care to provide Sexty securely, but continuous availability, successful matching and error-free output are not guaranteed. Planned maintenance, third-party failures, abuse controls or legal obligations may interrupt access.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for user conduct or decisions made solely on another participant's statements. Our liability is not excluded where exclusion is prohibited, including liability for intentional misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence or mandatory consumer remedies.

Send a complaint to contact@sexty.chat with the account email, issue, date and requested resolution. We aim to respond within 14 days. Consumers may also use competent out-of-court consumer dispute bodies.

You may stop using the service and request account deletion. We may terminate access for a serious or repeated breach, fraud, safety risk or legal requirement. Accrued rights and clauses that by nature survive termination remain effective.

Polish law applies. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protection in your country of habitual residence. Courts have jurisdiction under applicable law.

We may update these Terms for legal, security or service changes. Material changes will be communicated reasonably in advance where required. The effective date shown above identifies the current version.
